HomeyCook values the security and well being of all our tourists and cooks that, through the evaluations of events, can identify the level of quality of services and provide more secure selection, and also meet the tourist expectations.
We are committed to ensure that the kitchens have good conditions to meet and, before publishing them, we evaluated the photos of dishes and have a personal interview with the cook, evaluating his expectations in providing the service, which should be focused on exchange of culture and skills in personal relationships. We also request the confirmation of the address, to ensure that the place really exists.
Another important font for the score of kitchens is the evaluation of the experiences lived by tourists: a simple and objective way to keep the history of kitchens available. The criteria are: ORGANIZATION (kitchen hygiene, quality of products used, work tools and compliance with the time to prepare the dish); TEACHING (step by step of the phases, detailed explanation using each product and clarification of doubts); and CUSTOMER CARE. (reception of tourists always with good communication, even if there is some difficulty with the language, maintaining harmony and ensuring the well being of those involved).
We have a process of "auditing" with HomeyCook members with visits simulating tourists. This action allows to have a greater precision in the evaluation of quality items listed above and also contribute to thedevelopment of services provided with feedback to the cooks. The score is: two stars for Cancelled Kitchen, three stars for training in Kitchen and four or five stars for the excellent Kitchen.
With all this information, HomeyCook provides a better choice for the exchange of culture, flavors and culinary learning, increasing the success and satisfaction of tourists and cooks. The terms and services ensure that HomeyCook is not directly responsible for the services, even in case of damages to third parties, but if necessary the HomeyCook team may mediate and take corrective actions with the inactivation of accounts and preventing entries for provided (Cook) or purchased services (Tourists), thus contributing to preserve the desired quality.
